One Woman's Journey

Susan Nakawuki, the youngest MP to be elected to Uganda’s 319-Member Parliament, is on a goodwill mission to Australia – a one-woman crusade aimed at creating cross-cultural awareness.

She arrived in Adelaide, South Australia early this week.

While in Adelaide, Mrs. Nakawuki, who dreams of becoming her country’s President one day, will holds talks with members of the new and emerging Ugandan community in South Australia.

The principal objective of the visit is to raise funds and find sponsors for community development projects in Uganda, according to The Advertiser newspaper report.
